Application Requirements

Candidate must be at least 16 years old, have a valid email address at all times and of course Real Name, First and Last must be provided.
Note: There must be respect for all pilots as well as for their possible difficulties or errors.

Do I have to fly online ?

NO. If you want to fly online, you will need to provide a valid ID from one of the networks VATSIM, IVAO, FSCLOUD, POSCON or any other.
However, flying online is optional.

Transfer of hours

PVP does not accept to transfer hours from another company that has previously been a part of.

Are the aircrafts limited to the pilot rankings ?

No, at PVP the choice of plane is only dependent on the route you have choosen.
Each route has an associated fleet which may correspond to different aircraft type's and flying with another aircraft type WILL BE highly penalized by ACARS.
The planes have different performances and specifications from each other.

Can I book a flight in advance?

A booked flight but not done, is automatically deleted after 3 hours if you don’t make that flight.

Are the routes created by the pilot?

Routes are choosen in the Flight Search option.
The routes are associated with Simbrief, so it must be used in this way so that ACARS correctly identifies all the details of the flight and aircraft.
You also have the option of a Random Flights option based on the flights available at your current position.

When I register for PVP how do I choose the VA?

The PVP group has 4 VA'S. When you register, you only have to choose the VA that suits you best.

When I register in the VA, can I only fly with routes from that VA?

No, you can fly with all existing PVP Group routes.
The only thing you need to pay attention to is the type of plane you are going to use.

Is the flight validation automatic?

Yes. However can be rejected if the admin decides so, based on deeper Pirep analyses.

Is the use of the PVP discord channel mandatory?

No, however, it is well regarded, as it allows an interaction between pilots as well as a greater sharing of knowledge, leading to an improvement of the most realistic way of flying.

What is the Stable Approach?

Stable Approach is a plugin that provides detailed information about the approach and landing, which allows the pilot to improve his performance in this phase of the flight.
The use of this program is not mandatory.
If you are interested to use it special settings are need and can be provided via Discord server.
Note: Plugin available for X-Plane only.

Does the company have its own textures?

Yes, but not for all of them at the moment and it is possible to download them.
We also welcome the development and sharing of new textures by the pilots

Do i have to use company textures?

No, but we would be grateful if you did.

Is it possible to JumpSeat?

Yes, you can buy a JumpSeat ticket, as well as transfer a plane to the airport you want to, as long as you have enough virtual cash on hand.
Note: Prior to do that please check at the destination airport if you have flights from there. We have no refund policy.

Is airplane certification mandatory?

No, It's just one more option that pilots have in order to improve their profile.

Do i have to meet the flight departure time?

No, Although flight times are the times used by real airlines, they are for information purposes only.
